Total Voting Rights

As at 29 February 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of
178,745,965 Ordinary shares of 0.01p each with one vote per share. The Company
holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is
178,745,965.

The above figure (178,745,965) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under
the UKLA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
