Total Voting Rights

As at 31 January 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of
179,348,506 Ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with one vote per share. The
Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is
179,348,506.

The above figure (179,348,506) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under
the UKLA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
