  Transaction in Own Shares

The Gym Group plc (the "Company") announces between 7 - 10 April it has
purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each through
Peel Hunt LLP.

 Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase                         7 April - 10 April 2026
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     23,253
 Lowest price per share (pence):          172.50
 Highest price per share (pence):         173.50
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  173.04

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued
share capital will consist of 177,884,357 shares. The Company holds 0 shares
in Treasury. Once the shares are cancelled, the total number of voting rights
in the Company will therefore be 177,884,357. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can
determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their
interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
