** ANV Group Holdings has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK motor warranty provider Car Care Plan from AmTrust Financial Services, the company announced.

** The Indian government will sell up to a 6% stake in state-run Hindustan Copper HCPR.NS, via an offer for sale, with the floor price set at 514 rupees per share, according to an X post from the secretary of India's Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).

** H.B. Fuller FUL.N said its board unanimously rejected activist investor Ancora's unsolicited proposal to acquire its Building Adhesives Solutions (BAS) business, arguing that the offer significantly undervalued the unit.
