Director/PDMR Shareholding

HC Slingsby PLC, one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial
and commercial equipment, announces that Morgan Morris, Group Chief Executive,
purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 200 pence per share on 23 December 2021.

Following these purchases, Morgan Morris has a total beneficial interest in
57,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.43% per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
