AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that Sophie Wilson, the spouse of John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.065848

 

Following this transactions, Mr. Wilson is now interested in 1,025,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
