AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 491,395 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.79 pence, on behalf of his three minor children.

 

Following this transaction, Mr. Wilson is now interested in 2,215,113 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
