hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), a fast-growing early-stage Contract Research
Organisation (CRO) and the world leader in human challenge clinical trials,
announces the following update in relation to directors' disclosure for Martin
Gouldstone, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and
Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Oncimmune Holdings plc, a company of which Martin Gouldstone is CEO, was
placed into administration on 26 March 2025.
