Notice of Trading Update

 

hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), a full-service early phase Contract Research
Organisation (CRO) and the world leader in human challenge clinical trials,
confirms that it will issue a trading update for the year ended 31 December
2025 on Thursday 29 January 2026.

 

Investor presentation

 

Yamin 'Mo' Khan, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen Pinkerton, Chief
Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the trading
update via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 29 January 2026 at
6pm.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up
until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
