SunPower rises on securing $300 mln in project financing commitments

** Shares of solar firm SunPower  SPWR.O  up 3% at $3.26
    ** Company secures $300 mln in project financing commitments
 from Apollo Global Management  APO.N , ATLAS SP and Hannon
Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital  HASI.N  
    ** SPWR to receive funds for residential solar and storage
lease programs
    ** SPWR had previously secured $175 mln term loan from its
majority shareholder, Sol Holding
    ** SunPower had flagged going concern doubts in December
last year after breaching terms of a credit agreement
    ** SPWR stock has fallen 32.7% so far this year
