 * Parent company, as the transferor, and the company, as the transferee, 
entered into an equity transfer agreement 
 * Says entered into an equity transfer agreement 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB604.8 million 
 * Pursuant to agreement company agreed to acquire 100% of equity interests in 
Hainan meilan airport assets management 
 * Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of the terminal complex 
project
