Haleon plc: Publication of Annual Report and Form 20-F 2024

 

21 March 2025: Haleon plc (the "Company") has published its Annual Report and
Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report").

 

The Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is
available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(http://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) .

 

The Company has filed the Annual Report with the US Securities and Exchange
Commission.

 

The Annual Report is publicly available on the Company's website at

In compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Annual
