Haleon plc: Director Declaration

 

02 October 2025: In accordance with paragraph 6.4.9R(2) of the UK Listing
Rules, Haleon plc (LSE/NYSE: HLN) announces that Tracy Clarke, Non-Executive
Director, will be appointed to the Board of Inchcape plc (LSE: INCH) as a
Non-Executive Director effective 31 December 2025.
