Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 53,410 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission"). 
The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 53,410 employee share options under the Halfords International Sharesave Scheme. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 10 September 2015.
