Halfords Group plc announces, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.11(3) of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules, that following an internal reorganisation, Loraine Woodhouse, Chief Financial Officer, in addition to retaining her existing responsibilities, will assume responsibility for Investor Relations and Strategy, with effect from today.
