Halfords notes the announcement made today by Conviviality Plc ("Conviviality"), an AIM listed company, that it has appointed Matthew Callaghan, Ian Green and David Baxendale of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to act as its joint administrators.
 
David Adams, a non-executive director and senior independent director of Halfords, is executive chairman of Conviviality (having been appointed to this executive role on 19th March 2018) and this announcement is being made by Halfords in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(1)(R) for information purposes only.
