HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PDMR Shareholding

Halfords Group Plc announces that on 30 May 2014, Matt Davies, CEO, received
an award of shares under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") of 50,437
shares being equivalent to one-third of his total bonus opportunity.  This
award cannot be exercised before 30 May 2017.
