Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR
The Company has been informed that Andrew Findlay, Chief Financial Officer, sold 35,709 of the Company's ordinary shares on 15 July 2015 at an average price of 540.6p per share. The reason for the transaction is for Andrew Findlay to purchase a property in preparation for the relocation of his family later this year. Following this transaction, Andrew Findlay and his connected parties no longer hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
