Halfords Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, Dennis Millard, Chairman, purchased 5,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 4.5683 per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Dennis Millard and connected parties is 55,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.028% of voting rights.
