Award of Options under The Halfords Group Performance Share Plan 2015 (the "PSP")
Halfords Group plc (the "Company") reaffirms the election of the Company's Remuneration Committee to make awards under the PSP subject to dividend reinvestment from 2009 onwards.
The number of shares awarded on the basis of the interim dividend paid on 22 January 2016 was determined on the basis that each dividend was reinvested at a price per share equal to the market value of a share on that day. The resultant total shares under option as at 27 January 2016 are:
