Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Halfords Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 February 2016, Jill McDonald, Chief Executive Officer, received a gift of 20,618 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. This proposal was originally announced on 23 March 2015 and the gift was made as compensation for Jill's forfeited entitlement to long term incentives and share options with her previous employer.
Following this transaction the number of shares held by Jill McDonald and connected parties is 20,618 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 0.01% of voting rights.
This notification is provided in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1).
