Halfords Group plc (the "Company") announces that, Dennis Millard, Chairman, purchased 10,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 3.117801 per share on Monday 27 June 2016. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Dennis Millard and connected parties is 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 0.035% of voting rights.
