Notification of Change to Andrew Findlay's leaving date 
Halfords Group plc previously announced that Andrew Findlay would leave the Company at the end of October 2015 to take up the position of CFO at easyJet plc. It has now been agreed that he will instead leave the Company on 1 October 2015. 
This disclosure is given in accordance with LR 9.6.11 R of the Listing Rules.
