13.1% to $8.47 premarket
    ** Co reports 2022 net income of $18.1 mln compared to loss
of $3.8 mln
    ** HNRG says its average coal sales price rose to $45.64 per
ton in 2022 from $39.5 per ton in 2021
    ** Co also sees its 2023 average coal sales price at $58.7
per ton
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock down ~25% YTD
