DIRECTORS' AND PDMRs' SHARE TRANSACTIONS
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the 10p ordinary shares of Halma by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs'), as follows:
VESTING OF PERFORMANCE SHARE AWARDS
Notification is given relating to Performance Share Plan ('PSP') awards originally granted on 6 August 2013 and which vested on Saturday, 6 August 2016 (effective date Monday, 8 August 2016) at 94.69% of the original award in accordance with the Rules of the PSP and the relevant performance criteria. The share price on vesting was 1061.0p (being the closing mid-market price on Friday, 5 August 2016). Details are as set out below.
After the transactions noted above, the beneficial holdings of Directors and PDMRs, including family interests, in the 10p ordinary shares of Halma have increased as follows:
