VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Halma plc ('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 July 2014 is 379,600,804. The change results from the issue of shares to meet the exercise of options under the Company's share option plan.
Halma holds 1,273,042 shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is now 378,327,762. 
The above figure of 378,327,762may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
