TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTION
Halma plc announces that on 17 February 2015 it purchased 135,500 ordinary shares of 10p each at a weighted average price of 696.863pper share. The highest price paid was 700.5pper share and the lowest price paid was 693.5pper share.
This represents 0.0357 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation and will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase Halma plc holds 1,328,285 shares as treasury shares and the total number of voting rights (shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 378,317,047.
