TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES

Halma plc announces that on 26 September 2014, 26,155 ordinary shares held by the Company in Treasury were transferred to a participant of the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005 in satisfaction of awards which vested in accordance with the Rules of the Plan.
Following the above transfer, the Company holds 853,631 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 378,747,173.
