acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

        ** U.S. shale oil producer ConocoPhillips  COP.N  said
it has completed the $22.5 billion deal to acquire smaller peer

        ** Halozyme Therapeutics  HALO.O  said it had withdrawn
its proposal to acquire Evotec SE  EVTG.DE  for 2 billion euros
($2.09 billion) as the German drug developer was unwilling to

        ** Honeywell  HON.O  will sell its personal protective
equipment business to Protective Industrial Products for about
$1.33 billion in cash, it said, further streamlining its

signed a deal to sell Indian packaging company Manjushree
Technopack to PAG for an enterprise value of close to $1

    ** U.S. satellite TV provider DirecTV said on Thursday it
had terminated its agreement to acquire Echostar's  SATS.O 
satellite television business, which includes rival Dish TV,

    ** Alimentation Couche-Tard  ATD.TO  is not considering a
hostile takeover bid for Japan's Seven & i  3382.T , the Nikkei
business daily quoted the Canadian suitor's chairman and
