** Halozyme says it wins a Dutch court injunction that stops the manufacture, sale and import of Merck's MRK.N subcutaneous Keytruda in eight European markets
** The court finds that Merck infringes Halozyme's EP622 patent and rejects Merck's claim that the patent is invalid
** Halozyme says patients continue to have access to the intravenous version of Keytruda, which is not covered by the injunction
** As of last close, HALO up 62% YTD
