Changes to the Management Board of JSC Halyk Bank

 

Following a resolution by the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank
(hereinafter - the 'Bank'), starting from 1 April 2026 Mr. Kiril Bachvarov
has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board, Deputy CEO responsible
for B2C Banking.

 

Kiril Bachvarov has 20 years of experience in international financial
institutions. He previously held top leadership positions, including Chairman
of the Management Board and Member of the Board of Directors, Marketing
Director, and CFO at Home Credit Bank (Kazakhstan), as well as senior
management roles in client service, business communications, and strategic
marketing at UniCredit Bulbank AD, HVB Bank Biochim AD, Hebros Bank AD, and
Overgas Inc. AD in Bulgaria.

 

Following this appointment, the number of the Bank's Management Board members
has been increased to ten people.
