Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Joint Stock Company (the "Bank" or "Halyk Bank")
hereby announces the purchase of its own global depositary receipts ("GDRs")
through Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") under its buyback programme,
which was initially announced on 1 October 2025.
