In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that it has been
informed that Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund, of which Adam Metz
(independent non-executive director of the Company) is an independent
director, has been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, with
effect from 24 January 2024.
