The Company announces that, on 3 March 2025, Habib Annous, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR"), acquired 20,756 Ordinary Shares of five pence each ("Shares") at a
price of £2.69800 per Share. On the same day, Shan Annous, a Person Closely
Associated with Habib Annous, acquired 55,050 Shares at a price of £2.70192
per Share.
