The Company was notified that, on 27 October 2025, Himanshu Raja, a director
of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"),
exercised 9,786 options over Ordinary Shares of five pence each ("Shares") at
an option price of £1.8392 per Share in accordance with the terms of the
Hammerson Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
