PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The Final Terms dated 04 October 2024 relating to the issuance by Hammerson
plc (the "Issuer") of GBP 400 million 5.875 per. cent notes due 2036 (the
"Notes") are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme established by the Issuer in September of this year (the

prospectus dated 26 September 2024 (the "Prospectus").
