Nov 30 (Reuters) - Sino Golf Holdings Ltd  0361.HK : 
 * More (a) proposed capital reorganisation involving reduction of issued shares and sub-division of unissued shares; (b) bonus issue of shares; and (c) change in board lot size  
 * Proposes to implement capital reduction involving reduction of paid-up capital of each of the issued shares 
 * Credit arising from the capital reduction of approximately HK$42.1 mln will be applied for the bonus issue 
 * Proposes to implement capital reduction by cancelling the paid-up capital to the extent of HK$0.09 per issued share 
 * Subject to capital reorganisation becoming effective, proposes a bonus issue on the basis of 4 bonus shares for every 1 new share
