slump 18.9% to $13.65 in after-hours trading
    ** Company posts net income of $9.7 mln in Q4, vs $10.2 mln
in the prior year
    ** Profit in Q4 fell to 8 cents/share from 9 cents/share;
analysts had expected EPS of 9 cents/share - LSEG
    ** LendingClub sees return on tangible common equity of more
than 8% in Q1 2025
    ** Up to last close, LC had risen ~89% in the past 12 months
