** Shares of mobile communication services provider
 ROUT.NS  rise as much as 110% to 735 rupees ($10.02) in morning
trading, after debuting on the National Stock Exchange
    **  Mumbai-based co debuted on the stock market with a
premium of 105%
    ** ROUT joins IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies  HAPP.NS ,
which also more than doubled in its market debut last week
