    ** Co may repurchase up to 2.67 mln shares of its common
stock, or about 5% of its issued and outstanding shares,
following completion of the share repurchase program announced

    ** The repurchase program will expire on Sept. 17, 2022
    ** Repurchased shares will be held by co as authorized but
unissued shares - HONE
