Harbour today announces that the Conditional Share Award ("CSA") made to
Alexander Krane on 1 April 2021 has vested.

The CSA was made in accordance with the Company's Remuneration Policy and was
made under the terms of the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan.
