Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 5 March 2026, Harbour announced a proposed final dividend of $150 million
(8.05 US cents per share) for the full year ended 31 December 2025 (the
"Dividend"), subject to the receipt of shareholder approval on 7 May 2026.

 

If approved, the Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 20 May 2026 to
shareholders on the register on 10 April 2026 (the "Record Date"). This
announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the
Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.

A dividend re-investment plan (DRIP) is available to shareholders who would
