** Stock among top losers on FTSE small-caps .FTSC index, which is up 0.24%

** Co says pre-IPO shareholders sold 8.8 mln ordinary placing at 300 p per share

** Secondary placing represents 7.9% of co's share capital

** YTD, stock has risen about 5%, vs .FTSC's about 3% rise
