Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), announces
that its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 1.00 p.m. (BST) on
Wednesday 20 July 2022 at the St. Pierre Park Hotel, Rohais, St Peter Port,
Guernsey GY1 1FD.

 

The notice of the AGM will be despatched to all shareholders today.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Financial Report
and the Notice of the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
