Transaction in Own Shares

 

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), a FTSE
250 investment company with global exposure to private companies, managed by
HarbourVest Partners, announces that on 13 March 2024 it purchased 50,000 of
its ordinary shares ("Shares") at an average price of £23.65 per Share for
cancellation. This is pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's
Annual General Meeting held on 19 July 2023.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company has 77,065,354 Shares in issue.
The above figure (77,065,354) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
