Hargreaves Lansdown plc has received notification today from Rob Byett, a PDMR, that on 3 February 2016, he bought a total of 1,499 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of 12.608 per share. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.0003% of the ordinary shares in issue.
