Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that Rob Divall a person discharging managerial
responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the Sustained
Performance Plan II of 996 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares").
Rob Divall then immediately disposed of 608 Ordinary Shares in order to meet
the taxation arising on the exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions
took place on 9 December 2021. Following these transactions, the beneficial
holding of Rob Divall (including his connected persons) in the Company has
increased.

The Company announces that Birger Thorburn a person discharging managerial
responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the Sustained
Performance Plan II of 26,432 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary
Shares"). Birger Thorburn then immediately disposed of 16,120 Ordinary Shares
in order to meet the taxation arising on the exercise. Birger Thorburn then
immediately disposed of 7,000 additional Ordinary Shares acquired under the
exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions took place on 9 December
2021. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Birger Thorburn
(including his connected persons) in the Company has increased.
