The Company announces that Penelope Claire Chapman a person discharging
managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the
2022 Deferred Performance Bonus Plan of 5,276 ordinary shares of 0.4p each
("Ordinary Shares"). Penelope Claire Chapman then immediately disposed of
2,475 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercise to meet the taxation arising
on the exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions took place on 10
October 2023. Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Penelope

The Company announces that Birger Thorburn a person discharging managerial
responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the 2022 Deferred
Performance Bonus Plan of 5,737 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary
Shares"). Birger Thorburn then immediately disposed of all shares acquired
under the exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions took place on 11
October 2023. Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Birger
Thorburn (including his connected persons) in the Company has not changed.
