Following the release on Tuesday 19 September 2023 of its annual results for
the year ended 30 June 2023, the Company announces that it has today
published:

Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting;

Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting.

These documents, together with the 2023 Report and Financial Statements, are
now available to view on the Company's website at

A copy of the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection, in due
