Notice of Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2022

Hargreaves Lansdown plc will be announcing its interim results for the
six months ended 31 December 2022 on Wednesday 15 February 2023.

There will be an analyst presentation to discuss the results at 09:00 am at
